On February 13, the New York Times reported that the board of directors of OpenAI questioned the $97.04 billion acquisition offer from investors including Elon Musk, and pointed out in a court filing on Wednesday that the proposal contradicted Musk’s claim in the lawsuit against OpenAI last year.
