Purchasing Guidelines
First of all, thank you for your interest and support to Cooldragon. In order to avoid misunderstandings in the process of purchasing a miner, please read all the following notes carefully before placing your order. Thank you very much for your understanding!
1 – Regarding the specific dynamic of the miners market, there is a possibility that the miner’s price has changed when we receive your payment and we might need to refund your order.
We use a batch process for all the miners orders , and that we have each batch at quite limited quantities .The price of different batches of miners is different even though it’s the same model of miner . They are selling pretty fast. Regarding the highly variable and demanded market , the price could be different every day for in stock miners . So there is a possibility that the miner’s price has gone up when we receive your payment and we need to refund you for the order .
After we received your payment(by coinbase), in 24 hours, we will confirm that this order is valid or not and send email to notify you. If the order is invalid, we will refund you soon.
2 – About inventory miners
The inventory miner delivery date will be 3-7 working days. Once we receive your order, we will immediately notify our technical center staff to test the machine you have ordered to ensure that it is running well. We will also send you a video for confirmation. We will ship the machine to you only after we make sure that all the performance of the machine is fine. Then, we will deliver the machine to our freight forwarder for shipping. We will update the tracking number on the website and you will receive an email for details.
3 – About preorder miners
The actual delivery date of the pre-order miner depends on the factory’s delivery date of the miner. We will indicate the estimated delivery month of the pre-order miner on the order page so that you can make a consideration. However, there may still be a delay in delivery. For one, if the factory’s delivery date is delayed, then the delivery of the Cooldragon miner will also be delayed. There is also the possibility that the factory will not be able to produce the miner in the expected time, in which case we will process a refund for your order. And the factory may also ship the different hashrate miners to buyers. If factory shipped the miners which’s hashrate is more than ordered, the buyer need to pay extra fee for the extra hashrate. If factory shipped the miners which’s hashrate is less than ordered, the factory will refund the fee for the less hashrate.

Warranty & Buyer Protection
Refund：
All items are non-refundable and orders not cancelable. (Except in the increase in mining machine prices due to the fluctuation of prices or in the case of out of stock)
Warranty：
Bitmain, whatsminer, cannon, goldshell and other miner Factories will off the warranty of the miners. Often they factory will repair the miners for free in warranty period.
Warranty Limitations
We offer no warranty for pre-installed software, its quality, performance, functionality, or compatibility for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the functions contained in the software will meet specific requirements or that the operation of the software will be uninterrupted or error-free. The product is sold “as is”.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, this warranty does not apply to:
- normal wear and tear;
- damage resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, improper handling or improper installation;
- damage or loss of the product caused by undue physical or electrical stress, including but not limited to moisture, corrosive environments, high voltage surges, extreme temperatures, shipping, or abnormal working conditions;
- damage or loss of the product caused by acts of nature including, but not limited to, floods, storms, fires, and earthquakes;
- damage caused by operator error, or non-compliance with instructions as set out in accompanying documentation;
- alterations by persons other than us, associated partners or authorized service facilities;
- products, on which the original software has been replaced or modified by persons other than us, associated partners or authorized service facilities;
- counterfeit products;
- damage or loss of data due to interoperability with current and/or future versions of operating system, software and/or hardware;
- damage or loss of data caused by improper usage and behavior which is not recommended and/or permitted in the product documentation;
- failure of the product caused by usage of the products not supplied by us;
- hash boards or chips are burnt.
Warranty Service
During the warranty period, we will undertake to repair, or based on our sole discretion, to replace a defective product by an identical or similar (e.g. newer) version of the product, unless the defect was the result of Warranty limitations.
The costs incurred in connection with the return of the product, part, or component to our service processing facility shall be carried by the product owner. If the product, part, or component is returned uninsured, you assume all risks of loss or damage during shipment.
Warranty Period for GTX Graphic Card series
- A three-month warranty is provided for all products under GTX Graphic Card series when used for mining.
- A three-year warranty is provided for all products under GTX Graphic Card series when used for gaming.
Warranty Period for all Miners
- The warranty period for brand new machines is 6 months
- No warranty period for used machines
- Antminer S19 series machine warranty period is 1 year
- Avalon 12XX, 13XX miners warranty period is 1 year.
- Whatminer M3X， M5X miners warranty period is 1 year.
Note:
- Transportation costs and all other costs (if any) pertaining to the return of a product shall be under the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
- The period of repair shall depend on the type of problems encountered.
